Job Overview

This role is responsible for guiding the development of a formal Data Quality Services Framework and supporting the development of software quality assurance test strategies. The individual will oversee major programming efforts, design and develop test data for testing, and lead projects and initiatives involving new product and feature development, as well as quality initiatives related to automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, organize, and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria, and identify and prioritize manual test cases for automation.
  • Perform database testing, data reporting testing, functional, integration, regression, interoperability, and end-to-end system testing.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that the highest quality software is deployed safely and quickly.

Required Skills
  • Minimum five years' hands-on experience working with SQL, database mining, and data reporting, and Java/Python-based automation framework.
  • Expert understanding of QA best practices, processes, and methodologies, and their application in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven test experience of complex, multi-technology platforms and systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus on deadlines, deliverables, accept and manage changing priorities, and address issues quickly and professionally.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Python skills for automation and scripting are desirable.
  • Hands-on SQL, database testing, knowledge of ETL, data mining, data reporting testers, testers, ETL Analyst, ETL Tester, data tester.
  • Knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies.
  • Good knowledge on Salesforce Service, Sales Cloud & Data Migration Testing with Package Validation.
  • Experience developing and executing Salesforce functional and integration tests.
  • Experience maintaining a Salesforce manual regression test library and sound knowledge of Salesforce Health cloud.
  • Knowledge on Custom Objects and Tabs, Email services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
  • Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing (Postman, RestSharp, or REST-assured, SOAPUI) and DB testing.
  • Experience with AWS Services (S3, Event Bridge, Cloudwatch, etc.) is required.
  • Experience using DBT ETL is required.
  • Experience using Qlik Replicate and Qlik Compose ETL is preferred.
  • Experience using CICD pipelines and code repositories such as Bitbucket is preferred.
  • Develop and implement efficient ETL processes to support data integration from different engagement platforms.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
