Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality enterprise-grade WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end WordPress development projects ensuring timely delivery, scalability, and security.
  • Design and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers driving best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript React/Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS e.g. Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting AWS, Azure, GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams manage stakeholders and deliver complex CMS projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating or integrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing SEO optimization and accessibility standards.

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any CMS platform as required.
