We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the teaching, training, and skill development of students enrolled in Allied and Healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory sessions for undergraduate students in allied and healthcare programs.
  • Supervise and assist students during practical skills development and internal assessments.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and ensure timely calibration and servicing.
  • Enforce safety protocols, infection control measures, and proper waste disposal practices.
  • Collaborate with academic faculty to align laboratory content with theoretical components of the course.
  • Provide technical support to students during skill development and internal assessments.
  • Participate in curriculum review and development of new laboratory manuals.
  • Maintain documentation for laboratory sessions, stock registers, and compliance audits.
  • Facilitate internal and external practical examinations and simulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in relevant Allied and Healthcare field from a recognized university.
  • Prior experience in laboratory/clinical setting or academic institution is highly desirable.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and basic computer literacy for academic documentation and report generation is advantageous.
