Telecalling Executive Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our consulting team as a Telecalling Executive. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our consulting services, and scheduling appointments for our consultants.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain valuable experience in the consulting industry and develop essential communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Provide information about our consulting services
  • Schedule appointments for our consultants
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer details
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in resume writing, content creation, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
