Job Title: Splunk Developer

We are seeking an experienced Splunk developer to join our team. If you have a passion for big data analytics and want to work with cutting-edge technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex Splunk environments to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and alerts using Splunk's powerful querying and visualization capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that drive strategic initiatives forward.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Splunk, including setup of indexers, forwarders, dashboarding, creating alerts, and more.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and think critically.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux, Oracle, Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS, and other relevant technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with monitoring and reporting tools like Nagios, Dynatrace, and HPOVO.
  • Knowledge of change control systems, such as GIT, SVN, and release/deployment experience in cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/task tools like Remedy, Jira, and basic Java programming skills.
