Job Description :
Kushi Civil Structural Consultancy Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Modeler to join our team. We require an individual with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in REVIT BIM modeling of internal and external water supply, drainage systems (stormwater and surface water), and Fire Fighting systems for high-rise buildings like Commercial/Residential buildings, Shopping malls, Hotels, and Infrastructure projects.

We need someone who can independently create complete models of Public Health (Internal/External Water and Drainage) services and Fire Fighting related to high-rise buildings like Commercial/Residential buildings, Shopping malls, Hotels, etc.

The ideal candidate will have good exposure to REVIT (Plumbing & FF), with expertise in modeling drawings in 3D using Revit and 2D Auto CAD. Additionally, they should be proficient in creating BIM models using defined templates from the initial stage.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent software knowledge in:

  • Auto CAD
  • Revit (2014, 2016, & 2017)
  • NAVIS
