Mathematics Tutor Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor to deliver part-time evening sessions for students studying AS/A Level Mathematics. This is an ideal opportunity for educators or professionals passionate about helping students succeed.

Key Details:

  • Session Times: 5 PM – 11 PM
  • Pay Structure: Per session (competitive rates)

Responsibilities:

  1. Create tailored teaching materials to support student learning
  2. Assign homework and assessments to monitor progress
  3. Conduct engaging and effective tutoring sessions, adapting to individual needs
  4. Prior experience in AS/A Level teaching or tutoring is mandatory
  5. Deliver compelling demo lessons to prospective students
  6. Provide regular progress reports and constructive feedback to support student growth
  7. A commitment to at least 24 hours per week across 6 days is expected

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly
  • Ability to create custom lesson plans and assessment materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues
