Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to join our team at Cloud Software Group, one of the world's largest cloud solution providers. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce platform related activities, including user/license management, configuration, sandbox creation/refreshes, deployments, and Azure DevOps.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Yaml Pipelines and set up deployment pipelines for seamless releases.
  • Maintain the platform with high standards, ensuring business continuity through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, customize the platform, and enable users to maximize their Salesforce technology experience.
  • Stay on top of upgrades, enabling timely installations on sandboxes and production environments while working closely with stakeholders for impact analysis and validation.
  • Oversee inventory management of App Exchange packages, connected apps, and external integrations.
  • Ensure release agility by managing the deployment process, maintaining platform stability, and implementing security governance best practices.
  • Monitor org performance using various tools and technologies for availability, security, data storage, and other key metrics.
  • Conduct auditing activities and generate reports to maintain transparency and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy new features and enhance the overall Salesforce experience.

Basic Qualifications:

You will hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 6+ years of experience in both Salesforce Platform administration and DevOps is required.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Salesforce Releases, configurations, custom applications, Record Types, workflow rules, and in-depth understanding of Salesforce user access controls, session settings, Connected Apps, SSO, Site settings, and integrations.

A good grasp of Salesforce architecture, platform administration, and experience with sandbox management, source control tools, CI/CD Release framework, scratch orgs, platform integrations settings, 3rd-party application integrations, App-Exchange installation and configurations, Data loader tools, Workbench, SOQL, SOSL, SQL, API tools, Salesforce platform release updates, health checks, Optimizer, org analysis, audit controls, Reports, Dashboards, Monitoring Alerts, Event monitoring tools, and Splunk is essential.
