**Job Title:** Communications Specialist

We're seeking a talented communications professional with a creative approach to building internal campaigns that engage employees and strengthen connection across the organization.

**Role Description:

This role will involve ideating, designing, and executing compelling internal campaigns to inspire connection, culture, and clarity. The successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling, visual design, and multimedia messaging.

**Responsibilities:

  • Crafting impactful internal communications campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Designing visually appealing content using Canva and other design tools
  • Building organizational messaging through videos and other multimedia formats
  • Supporting local leadership with communications touchpoints and employee events
  • Collaborating with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified messaging

**Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're looking for an experienced communications professional with a strong portfolio of work in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Corel Draw, as well as a solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.

The following skills and qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience: 3-4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling
  • Design Acumen: Hands-on with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus
  • Any Editing Software – Adobe Photoshop, Canva Video, etc.
  • Brand Thinking: Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms or a related field
  • AI Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) is a bonus

Tech Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity
- Excellent communication and project management skills
