Interior Designer Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Interior Designer with exceptional sales abilities to drive our design-forward initiatives. This role combines creative vision with business acumen, requiring the ability to craft compelling design proposals, estimate project costs, and convert leads into clients.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client interactions, preparing customized design proposals, creating accurate project estimates, engaging in client negotiations, and delivering seamless design and execution experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Proposal Development: Prepare innovative design proposals that align with client preferences and project scope.
  • Project Estimation: Create precise project estimates based on approved design proposals.
  • Client Negotiation: Engage in client negotiations and drive project closures.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in preparing design proposals, estimates, and client presentations; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
