Senior AI/ML Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior AI/ML Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions that address real-world business challenges.

  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions leveraging predictive ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Implement GenAI solutions including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), and RAG-based pipelines.
  • Work on Agentic AI frameworks (Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agentforce) to build intelligent, multi-agent solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, ensuring high-quality coding standards and solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
  • Conduct research and stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
  • Deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in cloud environments using native AI/ML services.
  • Develop and optimize ETL workflows, handle large datasets, and ensure seamless data integration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI solution design and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in ML/DL/LLM model development and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, MLlib).
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI: prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines.
  • Practical exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agentforce, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud-based AI solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferably GenAI services).
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience in ETL pipelines and large-scale data handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
