Job Description

An American multinational digital communications technology conglomerate corporation headquartered in San Jose, California. The company develops, manufactures, and sells networking hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and other high-technology services and products.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in technical writing within the fields of networking, telecom, or contact center domains.

We are looking for experienced candidates with an Engineering or Computer Science background and strong writing skills to create and maintain product documentation.

  • With preferably networking/telecommunications/contact center domain, DITA/Oxygen tool knowledge and with the educational background in computer science, prior experience will be highly preferred.
