Job Description

Vasantha Advanced Systems specializes in end-to-end electronics solutions including PCB Assembly, Wiring Harness, Microcontroller-Based Products, Coil Winding, Box-Built Products with mechanical and metal enclosures.

We cater to various industries such as automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and medical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs globally.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Drive digital presence via social media and other B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
