Software Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Delphi development and be able to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.

About the Role
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Delphi.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze system requirements and develop software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
  • Estimate the time required to complete development tasks and report progress to management.
  • Help mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
