Business Valuation Specialist

We seek a skilled Business Valuation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing financial data from company records, industry trends, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and analyze financial data from company records, industry trends, and market research to inform valuation models and tools using Excel.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and guideline public companies to identify key drivers of value.
  • Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends and anomalies, and implement normalization adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to build valuation models, perform adjustments, and apply quantitative techniques to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Contribute to drafting narrative sections of valuation reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Prioritize projects and schedule meetings to ensure timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversight of all stages of the valuation project life cycle, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong focus on analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Business valuation credential (CFA), CA, MBA, or other advanced degree or certification, demonstrating expertise in valuation principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Minimum four years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record of success in valuation analysis and report writing.
