Network Integration Specialist

As a skilled integration professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the seamless integration of network equipment for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end integration of new sites and technology upgrades to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Work on RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration to ensure high-quality results.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per project guidelines.
  • Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful site acceptance.
  • Maintain integration logs, prepare MOPs (Method of Procedure), and ensure documentation to meet project standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration, preferably on major network projects.
  • Hands-on experience with RAN platforms, including BTS and gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, parameters, and KPIs.
  • Experience in site integration, carrier addition, feature activation.
  • Familiarity with OSS tools and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of IP planning, transport integration, and alarms troubleshooting.
