Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise internal delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations to guarantee work quality, efficiency, and meeting current and future business needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, including 1+ year as an Assistant Manager, with expertise in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, and International BPO Operation Non-voice process.

A successful Assistant Manager will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication, and functional excellence, with a customer-centric approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager.
