Medical Care Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Care Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Services: Delivering outpatient services, emergency medical aid, and first response care.
  • Minor Procedures: Performing minor medical procedures at health centres.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborating with referral hospitals and government healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
  • Inventory Management: Procuring regular medicines, emergency drugs, and medical equipment while adhering to standard operating procedure guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting regular reviews of medicine stock, medical equipment, and reconciliation processes.
  • Supervision: Overseeing medical records documentation, first aid box maintenance, and ambulance condition checks.
  • Staff Development: Supervising medical staff, ambulance drivers, and conducting regular training and education sessions for the medical team.
  • Community Outreach: Providing first aid training to security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and other volunteers.
  • Health Initiatives: Organizing health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation drives.
  • Policies and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: MBBS/MD degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
