The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design eye-catching visuals that align with brand goals and campaign needs, working closely with the content and marketing teams.
  • Develop infographics, illustrations, and layouts that showcase creativity and storytelling skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest visual trends on YouTube, Instagram, and ed-tech platforms to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in visual/graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, apps) and how visuals impact engagement and retention.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory, with prior experience designing YouTube thumbnails being a strong advantage.
