Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer

Overview:

This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of instrumentation equipment across various manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and maintenance engineering, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to DCS systems, process field equipment, and networking protocols.

  • Familiarity with instrumentation and hands-on experience in DCS 800 X manufacturing ecosystems is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in repair and calibration of process field equipment such as mass flow meters, temperature, pressure, and level transmitters.
  • Experience in implementing preventive maintenance plans and guiding teams to achieve higher uptime and equipment reliability is also required.

Key Qualifications:

  • ITI/Diploma (Instrumentation) with 3-7 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and ability to implement them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills are necessary to guide maintenance teams in solving technical issues.

Job Responsibilities:

Implementing CAPA and conducting regular equipment checks to ensure optimal performance.

Leading maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.

Developing and maintaining documentation related to maintenance procedures and equipment performance metrics.
