Job Title

As a leader in social media strategy and influencer marketing, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and engagement for our brand's online presence.

This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven insights to enhance brand visibility, reach, and community building. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to scale our social media channels, ideating and scripting engaging content that resonates with our target audience, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future improvements.

  1. Sustainably grow our social media channels through innovative content creation and strategic planning.
  2. Craft compelling stories that showcase our brand's personality and values, aligning with our overall messaging and branding.
  3. Contribute to video content development, bringing authenticity and creativity to our online presence.
  4. Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns that drive key business objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling.
  5. Track and analyze campaign metrics, using data to optimize future strategies and improve results.
  6. Collaborate closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
  7. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers who can help amplify our message and expand our reach.
  8. Work with influencer agencies to develop and manage campaigns that meet our goals and resonate with our target audience.

Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling social media channels in previous roles.
  • Ability to create engaging social media content, including video, that drives results.
  • Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.
  • Innovative approach to content creation and campaign management.
