Job Summary

The Implementation Consultant will own and execute product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients.

They must deliver high-quality projects within project timelines, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction, requiring strong communication skills.

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of products.
  • Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Run and execute projects through various phases, including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test process flows, drive adoption, and validate value outcomes.
  • Keep Manager and/or Director informed about potential risks related to Project Implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of professional services experience.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university.

Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.

Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Exposure to international clients/projects, BA, domain knowledge, and team player experience.

Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) related business process is a plus.
