Job Description

The Logistics Management Expert will oversee the day-to-day operations of our transportation management system, ensuring seamless project deliveries and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project accounts with techno-functional expertise on OTM Application.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for project updates, new change requests, and quarterly upgrades.
  • Configure OTM modules to design business requirements, focusing on migration projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in OTM and GTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance Management, and Trade Management.
  • Create agent configurations, saved queries, action checks, custom actions, screensets, manager layouts, workbenches, user preferences, user favorites, and export/import data.
  • Familiarity with Financials, including Invoice Approval Rules and Match Rule Profile.
  • Oversee OTM and GTM Quarterly Upgrades and integrate with other modules like EBS, JDE, SAP, etc.
  • Develop functional specifications, provide logic to technical teams, prepare test data, conduct internal testing, and support go-live activities.
  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly status report calls with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to think tactically and strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Developing standards and processes, encouraging the use of those standards and processes.
