Senior Visual Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Visual Experience Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of visual designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the user experience.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, visual arts, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design is necessary.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc. is crucial.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics is also necessary.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role where you are expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week. You will have the opportunity to lead dynamic projects with collaborative teams that leverage the latest technologies.

Travel Requirements:

Candidates need to be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. Travel for client engagements in India and abroad is an essential commitment to delivering exceptional service.
