About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand for our IT services and consulting business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing programs that align with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing plans, defining KPIs and measuring performance to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and leadership teams to position Teqfocus as a trusted digital transformation partner across Salesforce, Data, Cloud, and AI service lines.
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales to track, nurture, and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration:
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns, including webinars, in-person events, paid campaigns, email marketing, and ABM programs.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot/HubSpot) to manage campaigns, lead flows, and reporting.
Content & Thought Leadership:
  • Drive content strategy, owning the creation of blogs, newsletters, case studies, client success stories, and video assets.
  • Strengthen Teqfocus' positioning as a thought leader in Salesforce, Cloud, Data, and AI spaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within IT services, SaaS, Cloud, or Consulting.
  • Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, social) and content marketing.
