Pool Service Ambassador

Job Overview:

• Ensure pool cleanliness and safety by washing, mopping, and cleaning the pool deck.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests in recreational activities and areas by exhibiting a positive attitude.

Duties include observing facility activity and responding appropriately in emergency situations. The Pool Attendant must also promote facility rules and be aware of potential hazards. Additional responsibilities include assisting injured guests until medical help arrives, adhering to company procedures for towel management, reporting incidents and unsafe conditions, completing necessary training and certifications, and following company policies.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. They will also anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, thank guests sincerely, communicate clearly and professionally, build positive working relationships, adhere to quality expectations, read and verify information, inspect equipment and tools visually, locate work-related information on computers and/or point of sale systems, move objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds, grasp and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills, navigate various surfaces and stairs, reach overhead and below the knees, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
