Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex plastic components, focusing on fit, finish, NVH, and durability. Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of new product development cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D/2D designs of plastic components using advanced design methodologies such as DFMEA, DFM, DFA, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to define specs and troubleshoot design/production issues
- Work closely with simulation, tooling, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and assembly feasibility

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in plastic trim design, advanced surfacing, structural systems, and NPD involvement
- Strong technical proficiency in design methodologies, manufacturing processes, analysis tools, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
