The Role

  • Analyzing Business Requirements: You will translate business needs into SAP SD functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' operations.
  • SAP SD Configuration: Configure and implement the SAP SD module, including pricing, sales order management, shipping, and billing processes to optimize sales performance.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO), ensuring a unified business ecosystem.
  • User Training and Support: Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the SAP SD module effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP SD module, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities, staying ahead of the curve in terms of technology and best practices.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and training materials, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency.

Ideal Profile

  • Education and Experience: You possess a degree/diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably with SAP SD.
  • Communication and Adaptability: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are adaptable, and thrive in changing environments.
  • Goal-Oriented and Analytical: You are highly goal-driven, work well in fast-paced environments, possess strong analytical skills, and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
