Job Overview:

WebMD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Sales Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders on promotional media campaign production and execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong media planning expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Responsibilities include end-to-end management of media campaigns, including media plan development, coordination with clients/agencies, and client services/client relationship management.
  • Lead client Kick Off calls for new campaigns, manage revenue, and report monthly results.
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand client objectives and needs, and work with internal teams for effective campaign management.
  • Built strong client relationships to ensure smooth campaign launch and delivery, benefiting future business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in client relationship management within a Media agency or publisher environment, preferably with digital media responsibilities
  • Possession of excellent organisational and documentation skills, presentation and strong communication skills, and experience of successful stakeholder management
  • Able to quickly forge and maintain relationships, Results-oriented with a positive outlook, diplomatic, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior executives, able to influence stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ability to multitask, function under pressure, meet delivery timeframes, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google GSuite
