JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring client vision is realized while maintaining design excellence.
  • Meet with clients to discuss needs, preferences, and project goals, presenting design concepts and communicating effectively to align expectations.
  • Develop floor plans, layouts, and furniture placements that optimize space and functionality while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
  • Generate innovative design solutions that reflect the client's style and project objectives.
  • Create high-quality, photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs using Google SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape to present design concepts to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing mastery of space planning, conceptual development, and detailed design execution. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and MS-Office is required.

Mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and new materials to incorporate into projects.
