Marketing Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Professional to join our team at Koffeetech Communications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
- Skillset: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
A strong performer in this role will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. The ability to adapt to changing priorities, think critically, and solve complex problems is essential.
