Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications across multiple platforms.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET Core technology stack.
  • Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables ensuring seamless integration.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire tech stack.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies to drive project success.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other web development frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, SQL Server database management, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.

Qualification and Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed with minimal supervision.
