Senior Accounting Manager

This role is a senior leadership position within the accounting team, requiring a Chartered Accountant with experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to drive business results through data-driven decision making.
- Lead a team of accountants to deliver financial reporting and analysis for a specific area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Chartered Accountant designation
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Experience working with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success
- Advanced data analytical skills, including financial ratios and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Knime
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
