Technical Consultant/Developer Job Description

The role involves delivering technical expertise in MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can design, develop, and implement business processes using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including Customer Service Hub, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, Reports & Dashboards using Power BI/SSRS, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy custom Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement business processes, plugins, and workflows using Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON, and jQuery.
  • Create custom entities and relationships between them to improve data management and organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration of multiple business units with data segregation and cross BU access/roles.
  • Develop Dynamics Self-Service Portals and Custom Portals integrating multiple Dynamics instances to enhance user experience.
  • Utilize software development skills to create automated reports, dashboards, and integrations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Deploy applications to Azure and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Handle high volumes of cases and email records with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to configure, customize, monitor, and troubleshoot the Dynamics application.
  • Implement Agile/Scrum-based process using Azure DevOps with pipeline automation for CI/CD.
  • Design and automate survey forms using MS Forms Pro to collect valuable feedback.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects using Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent software development skills in Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON, and jQuery.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, entity relationships, and data integration.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
