Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

The role of the supervisor is to oversee and guide technicians in performing breakdown, preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance tasks.
The supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work of plant machinery and ensures timely SAP report submission. Additionally, they track the usage of spare parts during maintenance operations and maintain safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance teams and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of plant equipment.
- Monitor and report on team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Manage inventory and track usage of spare parts.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce company policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a module component industry, preferably in stringer or automation line roles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Familiarity with cross-functional departmental communication is required.
