Job Title: CAE Analyst

A leading automotive company seeks a skilled CAE Analyst to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and validating NVH CAE systems and assemblies.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and validate NVH CAE system and assembly models for complete powertrain systems.
  • Debug and solve CAE calculations of powertrain and full vehicle automotive systems.
  • Validate correctness of CAE results and proceed with evaluations.
  • Find issues, root causes, mechanisms, and propose feasible solutions.
  • Deliver analysis results to the project leader or team leader.


Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of automotive modeling.
  • Knowledge of ANSA model building.
  • Experience with Nastran/Abaqus solver NVH (Powertrain).
  • Knowledge of META for post-processing and result interpretation.
  • Knowledge of typical finite elements.
  • Knowledge in FE model quality criteria.


Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge in automotive systems: Powertrain [ICE/Electric] / Vehicle Structure.
  • Knowledge in building FE without CAD.
  • Knowledge in modifying FE mesh for alternative design.
