Financial Services Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive end-to-end accounting, management reporting, and financial/tax processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global financial services group with a long-standing track record of profitability.

This role involves owning P&L analysis, product risk assessment, and financial accounting/reporting, including month-end close and statutory reporting. You will also manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with finance control standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements, particularly those applicable to the banking industry. Prior experience in product control, finance control, investment banking middle office, financial services, equity research, or stockbroking is highly valued.

You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of product controllers, fostering independence and accountability. Delivering on key projects and supporting strategic initiatives within finance and product control is also expected.

  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives across reporting functions.

You must be qualified CA, CFA, or MBA with 10–13 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and continuous improvement is required.
