Job Title: Mechanical Static Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Mechanical Static Engineer.

This position requires expertise in planning and executing jobs with a clear understanding of objectives and detailed requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement job sequences to ensure timely completion, advising contractors on critical path activities as needed.
  • Coordinate the issuance and collection of materials, verifying correct usage during works.
  • Read, understand, and coordinate drawings and work lists on-site, applying mechanical engineering knowledge.
  • Execute jobs according to work list standards, ensuring adherence to safety rules, refinery FS guidelines, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASTM, ANSI, API.
  • Adequate experience with static refinery equipment, including furnaces, columns, vessels, heat exchangers, and reactors.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with basic mechanical engineering knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for report preparation.
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera project management software is essential.
Qualifications:
  • B.Tech / BE / AMIE in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or
  • Diploma in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in mechanical planning and supervision in refinery or petrochemical maintenance, particularly hydrocarbon plants.
  • Prior experience in shutdowns like M&I or revamp shutdowns preferred.
