Customer Support Specialist

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for users, handling their queries and providing support via various channels.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic product and account-related issues.
  • Provide guidance on platform navigation and features.
  • Escalate technical issues to the team with clear documentation.
  • Maintain and update FAQs and knowledge base content.
  • Track, prioritize and close support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Collect feedback and relay recurring issues or feature requests to the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (finance background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience in handling queries.
  • Familiarity with project management tools would be beneficial.
