Process Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to design and engineer process plants, ensuring compliance with global codes, standards, and best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design process plants in accordance with international regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and review simulation models (Aspen/Hysys), PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, and process equipment data sheets.
  • Conduct vendor technical bid evaluations and other process engineering activities for various projects.
  • Prepare process packages and review vendor documents, participating in PHA, HAZOP, and design & safety studies.
  • Collaborate with clients, site engineers, and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Lead engineering efforts on multiple projects, establishing work processes to ensure quality standards.
  • Review work plans to meet progress targets and schedule requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience with software such as Aspen Plus, Hysys, Unisim, KORF, HTRI, FlareNet, AFT Fathom/Arrow/Impulse, and PipeNet.
  • Familiarity with global codes, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to maintain quality by adherence to company's quality documentation and regular check of work done by junior engineers.
  • Background in project management and control procedures.
  • Understanding of process workflow and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Exposure to multidisciplinary working environments.

Educational Requirements:

A B Tech/B.E. Chemical degree with 3-8 years of experience in the chemical, hydrocarbon, petro-chemical, refinery, or O&G sectors.
