At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Lead to oversee the production of engaging video advertisements and performance-driven content across various platforms. This is a leadership role responsible for not only producing high-impact video ads but also managing end-to-end video production, collaborating with creators, influencers, and external partners to drive growth and engagement.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our visual storytelling and video performance strategy while ensuring all content aligns with brand goals, performance metrics, and creative direction. They will be responsible for developing and refining video concepts, scripts, and storyboards, as well as creating project timelines and budgets. They will coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements, and ensure that all necessary permits and releases are obtained.

They will lead and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and direction to team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Create project timelines and budgets.
  • Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement.
  • Lead and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals.
  • Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively. Direct talent, capture high-quality footage, and manage on-set logistics.
  • Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects. Ensure the final product aligns with the project's goals and vision.
  • Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary. Ensure that videos meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
