Software Engineer Job

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud applications, automation, and functional testing. They will collaborate with business system analysts and application developers to understand system requirements and leverage their skills to deliver high-quality cloud applications with minimal downtime.

The selected candidate will design and develop high-quality code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes. They will work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own their code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to our users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code.
  • Collaborating with product owners to understand detailed requirements.
  • Owning code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Mentoring colleagues and promoting knowledge-sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent domain with 9 years of cloud applications experience.
  • Mandatory experience in the ServiceNow platform and 6 years of experience with JavaScript.
  • Possession of passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
  • Strong analytical and design skills, good understanding of DevOPS implementation, and good knowledge in Selenium, Open test frameworks, Junit, TestNG.
  • Ability to create unit tests and experience working with SCM tools like Git, SVN, and Rest Api automation tools like - Rest Assured, HttpClient.
  • Experience working in Agile Practices, SAFE, Scrum.
