Job Title: Compliance Lead

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of our quality and information security management systems. As Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are compliant with relevant industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 17025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Investigate any incidents or non-conforming work and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

  • Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of management systems.

  • Collect and analyze data to prepare reports on the performance of our management systems and identify areas for improvement.

  • Plan and organize recurring events such as management reviews, supplier assessments, risk assessments, backup testing, and business continuity testing.

  • Proactively identify tasks that need to be completed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification.

  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 implementation required.

  • Knowledge of ESG principles preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly SharePoint Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

  • High level of spoken and written English language skills.

  • Valid work permit for India required.
