Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned RPA expert to lead the implementation of Robotic Process Automation across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and ability to drive process improvements.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented RPA Developer to join our team as a lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions that drive business value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain RPA processes to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  • Leverage industry-leading tools and technologies to design and implement scalable and efficient automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop automation strategies.
  • Design and implement data analytics and reporting to measure automation success.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in RPA and continuous improvement methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or Java.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI, cognitive, and data science concepts.
  • Knowledge of OCR tools like ABBYY.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
