The primary objective of this role is to leverage advanced analytical techniques and tools to identify emerging patterns of abuse and prevent negative customer experiences.
This involves conducting in-depth analyses of large datasets using SQL to uncover root causes, as well as providing timely analytics to partner teams.
Key Responsibilities- Abuse Pattern Identification: Utilize data science techniques and investigator insights to detect and prevent abuse schemes.
- Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across multiple domains to develop sustainable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Experience with SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby).
This role involves applying advanced analytical techniques and tools to uncover patterns, anomalies, and potential abuse schemes. A typical day may include:
- Providing time-sensitive analytics to partner teams.
- Deep diving into large datasets using SQL to identify root causes.
