Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring delivery is sharp, and identifying opportunities to add value.

Key responsibilities include being the client's trusted advisor, building relationships beyond project plans, owning project momentum, keeping internal teams and clients aligned, and solving problems before they escalate.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical account management or digital project management, a solid understanding of the Middle East market, and excellent client communication skills.

The role requires a collaborative mindset, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a tech-curious attitude. Organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
