Information Security Leader

The role of Cyber Security Manager involves overseeing the overall security posture of an organization. This includes managing regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential risks.
This position requires a high degree of expertise in network security, application security, and data protection. The individual will work closely with IT teams and other departments to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
A key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and guidelines. This will involve performing risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and preparing security reports for senior management and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
· Knowledge of network security, application security, and data protection
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
· Experience in incident response and forensic analysis
· Experience in strategic planning and project management
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple information security related activities with timelines
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
