  • Establish strong relationships with clients across your assigned territory to deliver customized solutions that meet their data analytics needs.
  • Promote excitement about Databricks among clients by showcasing its capabilities through Spark programming and integration with cloud ecosystems.
  • Contribute to building the Databricks technical community through engagement in workshops, seminars, and meetups.
  • Advise clients on aspects of big data architecture and design.
  • Support customers by authoring reference architectures, how-to guides, and demo applications.
  • Develop both technically and pre-sales skills with the goal of becoming an independently operating Solutions Architect.

What We Look for:

  • Experience working with external clients across various industry markets in consulting, pre-sales, or post-sales roles.
  • Strong expertise in either data engineering or data science is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating technical concepts, including presenting and white-boarding.
  • 3+ years of experience designing architectures within public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • 3+ years of experience with big data technologies, including Spark, AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, Hadoop, Cassandra, and others.
  • Solid coding experience in Python, R, Java, Spark, or Scala.
