Job Title: Strategic Brand Connector

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a key driver in connecting brands with unique influencer marketing opportunities. You will be responsible for crafting strategies, creating lasting partnerships, and executing lead generation programs with a focus on quality conversions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Strategic Sales: Create innovative sales pitches and strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring every conversation is impactful.
  • Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Track and report on outreach, conversations, and lead progression.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams, providing insights for improving business operations and client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.
  • Freshers with the hunger for growth and right networking skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and eagerness to thrive in a competitive environment.
