We are looking for a highly skilled Application Support Specialist with strong experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications built on .NET or PHP, along with SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support for applications built on .NET or PHP, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and server-related issues through meticulous analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Work with WAMP stack (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environments, leveraging knowledge of Windows Server administration and related technologies.
  • Manage Windows Server OS, including configuration, monitoring, and patching to maintain system stability and security.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application availability, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in application support with .NET or PHP, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with expertise in data modeling, query optimization, and database administration.
  • Familiarity with WAMP stack and related technologies, including Apache, MySQL, and PHP, as well as Windows Server administration.
  • Good understanding of performance monitoring tools and automated deployment processes, with experience in using scripts and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to both .NET and PHP environments, with experience in migrating applications between platforms.
  • Experience in performance monitoring tools and automated deployment processes, with expertise in using scripts and automation tools.
